Payment and dispatch

As soon as we receive your order, it will be processed immediately. If no other deadline has been specified, your package will be ready for dispatch within 1-2 working days after order placement and will be handed over to the respective logistics partner. Delivery will be worldwide under the conditions indicated below. The shipping costs are indicated including the statutory value added tax.

**Delivery is Monday to Friday. Order deadline for express shipments is 12 noon on weekdays. For orders after 12 noon, delivery may be delayed by 1 day.
***Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and the respective country-specific import VAT. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any information about the levying of customs duties and taxes.

Notes:

If a delivery cannot be delivered due to an incorrectly stated shipping address, the shipment will be returned to us by the shipping service provider at our expense. If we do not receive any information from the customer within 8 working days on how to proceed with the order, the order will be cancelled. The costs for a new shipment to the corrected shipping address shall be covered by the customer.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be shipped insured and within 1-2 days after receipt of order. If payment is made in advance, the goods will be shipped after receipt of payment. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Climate neutral shipping

We ship our products worldwide in a climate-neutral way via Deutsche Post & DHL GoGreen as well as UPS Carbon. The greenhouse gases actually produced are calculated based on our transport values. The CO2 emissions generated during shipping are offset by climate protection projects around the world.
