Shipping and Payment

As soon as we receive your order, it will be processed immediately. If no other deadline has been specified, your package will be ready for dispatch within 1-2 working days after order placement and will be handed over to the respective logistics partner. Delivery will be worldwide under the conditions indicated below. The shipping costs are indicated including the statutory value added tax.

Further Information:

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrectly provided shipping address, the shipment will be returned to us by the shipping service provider at a charge. If we do not receive any instructions from the customer within 8 working days regarding how the order should be handled, the order will be cancelled. The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to the corrected shipping address.

Orders from the United Kingdom (UK), Japan, China, the USA and Canada cannot be placed via this online shop.

Note on VAT refunds for subsequent export from the EU:

Please note that a service fee of 15,00 € per invoice will be charged for subsequent refunds of German VAT. We require the original invoice stamped by customs for processing. For further information, please contact us by e-mail.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be shipped insured and within 1-2 days after receipt of order. If payment is made in advance, the goods will be shipped after receipt of payment. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Climate neutral shipping

We ship our products worldwide in a climate-neutral way via GoGreen Plus* by Deutsche Post and DHL as well as UPS Carbon.

The greenhouse gases actually produced are calculated based on our transport values. The CO2 emissions generated during shipping are offset by climate protection projects around the world.
