Barbersride 2026 visits MÜHLE

A charity motorcycle tour bringing wishes to life for seriously ill children stops in the Ore Mountains

On 19 August 2026, Barbersride Germany will stop at MÜHLE in Hundshübel in the Ore Mountains. From 2 pm, we will welcome the riders taking part in the charity motorcycle tour to our manufactory. Motorcycle enthusiasts and interested visitors are warmly invited to experience their arrival.

Polished chrome, well-groomed beards and a big heart

When a passion for traditional barbering meets a love of motorcycles, and a rousing ‘HUZZAH!’ rings out, the Barbersride isn’t far away. From 15 to 20 August 2026, this year’s Global Flagship Ride will travel through central Germany – from the kick-off in Vellmar via the Harz Mountains, Saxon Switzerland and the Ore Mountains to the Grand Finale in Eisenach.

The shared mission is to raise awareness and funds for Make-A-Wish Germany, helping to make wishes come true for seriously ill children.

A special stop in the Ore Mountains

MÜHLE supported Barbersride Germany as a sponsor back in 2025. This year, we are delighted to welcome the charity tour to our manufactory for the first time as hosts as well. The idea for the stop in Hundshübel came from our long-standing friend, barber Thomas Walther. The Friseur Walther salon in Borstendorf, near Grünhainichen, is part of the route the previous day.

On 19 August, we will welcome the riders to the MÜHLE manufactory from 2 pm. Following their arrival, registered riders will enjoy an exclusive manufactory tour and gain an insight into how our shaving brushes and razors are made.

Experience the arrival at MÜHLE

Anyone with an interest in motorcycles and barber culture is warmly invited to visit MÜHLE in Stützengrün on 19 August and experience the riders’ arrival. Our factory shop will also be open that day.

On the road together for Make-A-Wish Germany

Barbersride has brought together a passion for motorcycles, barber culture and social commitment since 2017. The movement began in the UK and has raised around €250,000 for Make-A-Wish to date. In 2025, the German chapter of Barbersride was founded and raised €8,500 in donations on its first tour through Germany. In 2026, Germany will host the international Global Flagship Ride for the first time.

All funds raised through Barbersride go directly towards granting wishes. Make-A-Wish Germany fulfils the dearest wishes of seriously ill children, giving them and their families confidence, strength and unforgettable moments.

Anyone wishing to support Barbersride’s mission can donate online to Make-A-Wish Germany now and become part of the campaign, regardless of the individual stages.

Further information on donations, the tour and its individual stages can be found on the Barbersride Germany website.
