Information on Personalised Products
Processing of personalised products (except EDITION MEISSEN) is guaranteed for all orders placed up to and including 20 December 2025. Orders placed after this date will be processed again only after the turn of the year, starting from 7 January 2026.
An exception applies to the EDITION MEISSEN with a personal monogram. All orders placed by 30 November 2025 will be completed in calendar week 50/51 and dispatched thereafter. Please also take into account the shipping times to your delivery country.
Extended Right of Withdrawal
For orders placed after 15 November 2025 and up to 23 December 2025, we grant an extended right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please return the (unused) goods no later than 12 January 2026. Please note that we generally do not offer free return shipping**. Orders placed after 23 December 2025 are subject to the regular right of withdrawal.
All further conditions within the scope of the right of withdrawal remain valid.
