1.1 Start and End of the Competition
The competition begins upon announcement and ends in accordance with the deadlines specified in the competition details.
MÜHLE reserves the right, in the event of changes in the legal situation or due to force majeure, to substitute announced prizes, modify the procedure or terminate the competition. Winners already selected shall have no claims against MÜHLE arising from such changes.

1.3 Eligible Participants
All natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Participation must be in one’s own name; transfer of the prize to third parties is excluded.
Employees of MÜHLE and their relatives are excluded from participation. MÜHLE reserves the right to exclude individuals who attempt to gain an advantage through manipulation or unauthorised means. In such cases, prizes may also be withdrawn retrospectively.
1.4 Participation in the Competition
Participation shall take place in accordance with the conditions specified in the published competition.
1.5 Selection of Winner
After the end of the participation period, one winner will be selected by means of a random draw. Notification will be sent by email.
The winner must inform MÜHLE within six working days of receipt of the notification whether the prize is accepted. If no response is received within this period, the entitlement shall lapse and MÜHLE shall be entitled to select another person. Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded.
1.6 Rights of Use & Indemnification
If materials are submitted as part of the competition, participants warrant that they hold all necessary rights thereto. In the event of claims by third parties, the participant shall indemnify MÜHLE against all such claims.
1.7 Data Protection
As part of the competition, personal data such as name and email address will be processed. Address details will only be requested in the event of winning and will be used exclusively for dispatching the prize.
The data will be processed in accordance with MÜHLE’s privacy policy and deleted after the competition has ended, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
1.8 Final Provisions
Legal recourse is excluded.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
