Employee Controlling (m/f/d)
Hans-Jürgen Müller GmbH & Co. has been manufacturing exclusive accessories for wet shaving under the brand name MÜHLE for over 75 years and distributes care products of selected international brands.
As a basis for sustainable company development, we are looking for an employee for the following area of responsibility at the earliest possible date:
CONTROLLING (full-time - 40 hours)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Optimisation of the controlling system to improve the business management of the company
- Further development and maintenance of our internal calculation systems
- Development of a meaningful key figure system Preparation of forecasts and budgets
- Ensuring adherence to internal organisational and compliance guidelines
- Process and weak point analysis of operating procedures and their optimisation
What you will bring with you:
- Completed business studies with a focus on finance, controlling and/or accounting
- Relevant professional experience in controlling, preferably in a medium-sized production company
- Independent, responsible way of working
- Reliability, commitment and ability to work in a team
- Strategic thinking when optimising processes
- Very good written and spoken German language skills, additional English skills an advantage
