Shipping charges

We process the order as soon as received.  If you select advance payment, the order is released after receipt of the funds. Transfers within Europe take approximately 2 - 3 days.

If the order is paid per invoice, credit card, Paypal or amazon payment, goods are shipped within two working days. 

Standard shipping methods

  • 3.95 € - Germany - via DHL 1 - 2 days
  • 4.95 € - Germany - via UPS 1 - 2 days
  • 9,95 € - Europe (except Russia, Turkey) - via economy delivery, depends on destination, 4 - 7 days
  • 25.00 € - worldwide (outside Europe - except Switzerland and Norway) - via economy delivery, depends on destination

Free shipping

  • min 100.00 € total within Germany
  • min 150.00 €  total Europe (including Switzerland and Norway, except Israel, Russia, Turkey)

Express shipping via UPS**

  • 15.00 € - Germany (next day before 12.00)
  • 40.00 € - Europe (next day before 12.00)
  • 40.00 € - worldwide (within 5 days)


** Delivery is made Monday through Friday. Deadline for express deliveries on weekdays is 12 a.m.. For orders after 12 a.m. delivery might be delayed by one day.

The shipment per UPS or DHL is fully covered and if you provide a valid email address during checkout, you will receive an email from UPS or DHL when your order has been shipped.

If you wish to return your merchandise, please have a look here for further information. Merchandise can be returned only in new, unused condition, in the original packaging, same condition as sold, with tamper-proof seals unbroken if present, with all literature and factory seals in place.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at +49 37462-6520 or via email at within two days after receipt of the goods.

We are not responsible for any custom duties that might occur shipping internationally.

If you provided an incorrect delivery address and our shipping provider was therefore unable to deliver your order, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse at your expense. A renewed shipping to the correct delivery address is possible, but you will be invoiced for the shipping charges incurred. If we do not hear from you within 8 working days, the order will be cancelled.
